I was having the same issues yesterday, but unfortunately, after working again for just a little while this morning, it's back to not working - at least for me.

I got an email from support early this morning saying the problem came from their web-hosting company. They're adding two weeks paid subscription to all active accounts for the inconvenience.

I just hope it gets to fully working again and soon. It's by far my favorite app for trips.
