I finally got the interview with AA next month. Does anyone know any new hires there? I just heard from an Envoy friend that the interview is impossible without prep, they don't pay as well as UA and Delta, and they just recently got all their furloughed pilots back so if they have any problems or slow down last new hires in could be out on the street.
The only thing I can figure out is that you might have been in some isolated cushy corporate job for years and only recently thought of the airlines. Military guy, even retiring O6 type would only take 5 minutes to get ahold of several new hires. Regional guy? A little uninformed if you are.
I personally would go with a 70% chance you're a non-pilot possibly trolling for info for those in the hiring process. I could be wrong of course.
