And they get to fly with some of the biggest tool bags in the company.
Any PIC who voluntarily downgrades to fly the Global as an FO these days needs an immediate drug test.
Understood. My feeling is, if the Global as a PIC is going to out of reach for so many, why not try for it as an FO and get that varied flight experience for a few years? Flying between MCI and APF or between VNY and ASE is really no different in the XLS vs the CL350/680A. Just my opinion... Global time would also be valuable in the market.
