Are you saying that those schools are a waste of time since "middle mgmt" is apparently talking out of their arse with no real information to pass? If so, why even do the class and why even put out such wildly inaccurate information, it just seems to serve to make the pilots even more cynical then they already are.
Two years ago at the the 3 day standardization meeting. Was said by OM himself. I was there. Still doesn't make it true. But that is a long way from some middle manager at captain upgrade school.
BTW did you notice that hiring came to screeching halt about 10 seconds after SK was hired?
