Of Coarse pending the foreign ownership rules get relaxed(which is unlikley). What a monster of an airline that would create! I imagine both operations would remain seperate just under BA ownership and managment... seeing as BA is a very profitable company that might not be a bad thing. Any thouhts from American pilots?
Ask the USAir Pilots how they made out when BA ownied 25% of them in the 90's. It cost USAir 3 London routes which USair MGT paid big bucks when they purchased route authority from TWA.
