Thanks so much for the information, John. I am currently flying 135, and I'm on contract with my company until August of 2018. I do plan on fulfilling my contract, so it won't be until at least September before I move over to the 121 world. I'm just trying to plan ahead.

My ultimate goal is the majors. For me, my order of preference in a dream world goes UA, DL, AA, WN, in that order. Yeah. I'll fly for any of those 4, but that's just my order of preference. DL is a VERY close second to UA, but AA is a definite third, and WN is a definite 4th.

Anyway. My top regional choice as of right now is EDV. Their new pay rates and work rules are phenomenal. I never really considered XJT until today, when I had to ride the jumpseat to get home. Not to throw dirt at anyone here, but I never really considered XJT because I've been reading the stuff on here about it possibly closing. First and foremost, I wish the best to everyone. But the crew today sounded very optimistic and they painted and pretty nice picture. They said the work rules at XJT are pretty good, and that's what I'm all about. I don't have SJS at all. I don't care what aircraft I fly (in fact.... I actually like the 145). I only care about work rules, pay, quality of life, and a stable company. I'm looking for a place where I can possibly retire from, if I don't get the call from anywhere or heaven forbid a terrorist attack happens or the economy tanks. In short, I want efficient trips that give me as much money as possible for being away from home.
