With our current scheduling system we have a tool called SAP (schedule adjustment period), which basically let's you tailor your schedule to your liking. If you want weekends off you can do that. If you want to be home more, adjust your schedule to fly the minimum amount of hours (65 is the minimum) in the least amount of days. It's possible to get 18 days or more off. Again, anything can happen in a year, and our SAP is currently being considered in negotiations in the future for other QOL enhancements. Good luck with your choice.
Doesn't Envoy have a system similar to this? And what about PDT?
