As the many posters have said, an lot can happen in a year. As you get close to that point, an airline you might consider that was not on your list is PSA. The only reason I say this, is you mentioned you wanted to be home often. With our current scheduling system we have a tool called SAP (schedule adjustment period), which basically let's you tailor your schedule to your liking. If you want weekends off you can do that. If you want to be home more, adjust your schedule to fly the minimum amount of hours (65 is the minimum) in the least amount of days. It's possible to get 18 days or more off. Again, anything can happen in a year, and our SAP is currently being considered in negotiations in the future for other QOL enhancements. Good luck with your choice.

Thanks everyone for the help. Endeavor is obviously leading the pack currently. But I have some questions for those who have chosen Envoy and Air Wisconsin. Why them? Why do you feel they are the best choice besides Envoy having a flow to AA? What's their reserve and upgrade times? Air Wisconsin was my #1 choice originally before the Endeavor TA was agreed upon and I'm still debating between the two.

I mean it's definitely a factor, but I wouldn't write it off over it.

If they can find some way to modernize their fleet, then sure. But that is a tall order.

I'll agree with you there! It's definitely not a sure thing. In their defense though, they've successfully navigated several fleet changes in the past. To me, if you like the rest of what the company has to offer, it's worth rolling the dice.
