That’s the important stuff. New logos, branding and uniforms won’t change the bottom line. Personally, paint planes whatever you want when they run through the shop, improve the uniform quality, but don’t waste money on stuff that doesn’t matter. Not to be negative, but rebranding is usually either related to a big change or when management doesn’t know what else to do.
