Default I'm pleased with the R2W program

I'm currently finishing my FW requirements and will be starting TSA's ground school in the next 30-45 days. I had some of my FW time before joining the R2W program, so I will still see a comfortable bonus at the 12 month mark. I'm very grateful for the advanced bonus from Trans States, and have no complaints. It comes with a two year contract which is quite reasonable, and a lot better than the 6-year contract I had to sign to get flight training in the US Army (and so far nobody's shot at me in TSA's program). No company is perfect, but I think TSA has a very fair and beneficial program for us helo folk. I think it's is a very good path into an airline career.
