Carib makes some good points however, ASA may have had alot of guys hired at DAL but it is in no way a SURE WAY to DAL. I know a guy who recently interviewed with DAL and the ONLY three guys not hired that day were ASA CA's..... go figure. NOTHING is a sure thing in this business.

Trust me when i say ASA is on the way up. Now that Delta has taken over the ground handling, the on-time performance will be significantly better. Hope all the info helps.
