A few applications I've seen recently simply state "Recent flight experience in the last 12 months" followed by a blank. In that situation i can definitely see leaving out simulator time. I'm just wondering if any of the former military guys here included all of the their time in an aircraft when they filled in those blanks (to include other) or just their primary/secondary time. I am also curious if individuals put their CTP/ATP hours in that block.

I will happily put whatever the accepted standard is, I just don't want there to be a question if I am lucky enough to get an interview, or denied an interview because my flight hours needed correcting.
