Fact: Company closes IAH 787 then announces IAH-SYD route on a 787 that can only be flown from that base. Company reopens base.
Fact: Departments in company don't talk to each other.
Fact: Hiring is on the end of a whip, so hiring estimates change frequently.
Fact: Pilots want certainty, which isn't possible at UCH.
