China needs 9,000 airline pilots in the next 3 years. THey produce 1,000 per year.

India is worse:
They need 11,000 airline pilots in the next 3 years.
Last year, they produced 150.

Asia is forecast to increase the number of freighter aircraft by 340%, to 419, through 2020. Who will fly them?
