I would suggest if you are still at your current employer you get a "Director" to certify your logbook/flight time... D/O will normally do, some Foreign Carriers require Director or higher... Also if the Chief will, get a "Letter of Employment"... This is a Letter stating the dates of employment, equipment and position... No fluff so HR will approve... Normally now days the DO/Chief should have a embossed stamp or Multi color ink for the task...
