Hello Everyone,

Been lurking this site for a while but new new the 121 world, coming from an instructing and 135 background. In a few, albeit brief, conversations I've had with guys who have done the 121 thing for a while I've learned there's a lot of etiquette/ details to navigating airline life.

In order to make the transition as painless as possible, would any seasoned 121 guys be willing to share tips on general dos and don'ts of airline operations? Not necessarily company specific stuff like bids since that will change from airline to airline, but more along the lines of etiquette, rules of the road, etc.

I'm sure this could fire some debates which is not my intention - please just remember I'm very green and trying to learn from the guys who have gone before me.
