I have been questioning from the beginning about the bid system. It completely defeats the purpose of going 135. If I wanted to bid on schedule and worry every month about what lines I get, I would just go 121. ugh
If you are that worried about the bid system then go to the fixed schedule and take lower pay or apply to Netjets. I would prefer a fixed 7/7 schedule but the difference in pay is keeping me from making the switch. What kind of schedule are you working with your current 135 job?
