How is this guaranteed? 75%? So your company pays you and the staff then goes to call with the figures and call pays them 3/4 of the bill? Sounds fishy that a company would pay a completely seperate company's bills for no reason.
75% of our business is Continental Express flying, until CAL cancels the CPA or further reduces the amount of A/C we fly under the Continental name, we are guaranteed a certain amount of money for the flying we do. We get paid per completion of the flight whether its oversold or no one shows..........
