Sure it could happen. The aircraft could be leased to them down there. I agree with you on the N reg. They would change it to a VH. I doubt that any US crews would be part of it. They are pretty weary of non Australians flooding their job market.

With regard to N registers aircraft in Australia. It won't happen. They will have to be VH registered. Meaning they will have to have pilots that have the right to work in Australia. I'm sure there are some ExpressJet pilots that do. So don't pack your board shorts just yet.
