There is no way the Aussy government would allow this, seeing there huge immigration roadblocks. Atmost I could see expressjet sending airframes to australia to be operated under australian control with Aussy pilots

That is in no way any kind of win for XJet...could serve to **** more than a few people off I think.
Can the 145 be ferry-permitted for that trip? I'm sure it can't be ETOPS certified...how would they get the birds there anyway - Australia is so far over water on all sides??

Get off the "Expressjet is in deep Sh*t bandwagon", things are always changing and we have a much brighter management team than Colgan, I wouldn't worry so much about us and I would start to worry about your new leader and the fact that you don't have a union, while your at I would worry about your payrates as well...........
