Most junior CA on the reserve list on the 145 in DFW is maybe a Dec 2016 / Jan 2017 ish hire date going off seniority numbers.
That being said a lot of water to go under the bridge in the next 6 months or so with forced upgrades currently happening so that number could swing significantly
