I'll be about 60 hours shy of 121.436 requirements and 1000 company time when the bid closes, but should have more than enough hours by the earliest class date. Am I eligible to upgrade or do I have to wait until I have the 1000? 24-C-2 in the contract makes it sound like I can be awarded but I thought there was something saying they can't project time on the FAR minimum.
