Just a minor clarification. It's 150% if you actually credit above 85, not block. I did MLR twice. Blocked around 75 and awarded credit 94 both times. Pay was 98.5 hours.
Also further clarification you have to select enable max line range premium pay threshold. If you only select that and not max line range, then if the solver can, it will award 85 to a Max of 90 credit for the month. Which will then kick in the 150% over 85 (which is based on only what you were awarded and if you go over any of your awarded time).
