Not many places around don’t make you sign a contract. 4-6 weeks to get through training at Cape. Average 100 hours flying a month, he could get his ATP in 6 months on the line. Getting the “big money” may not be the top priority for some but rather having a good quality of life and having family time may take priority. Not many places afford you the uncommon luxury of being home every night with your family. I know everyone’s situations and goals are different and everyone has there own reasonings for choosing what they do but I’m just throwing this other option out there.
