Because there's more movement. The schedules aren't really "better" but there's less reserve. CRJ movement is fast due to losing guys to ERJ, as well as normal attrition. The only issue with that is, you won't be able to drop trips like the ERJ guys because theres less reserves. Bottom line, you'll become more senior on the CRJ quicker.
