For me the QOL on those days off is MUCH better as a NB CA. I did 15 yrs as a WB FO. When I was in my 30’s it was fun. As I approached 50 I was completely done with it. I’ll take a few less days off but for me the days off I have are much more fulfilling.
I agree 100%. 3 years in a widebody was enough for me, left seat is fun, love sleeping at night and I do feel good when I get home. It’s mid Jan, haven’t been de iced once yet, haven’t waited for a gate. Great hotels lots of good layovers.
