Does anyone know where the language is in the contract that we do not get company matching until 1 year of service? It looked to me like we get immediate matching up to 3.5% at a rate of 1/2 up to7%. But I just grazed it over quickly.

I don’t recommend any professional management, because you don’t usually beat the market, then if you add in the fees....you’ll be more behind than ahead.
