I was offered an interview this morning. During the phone call, I was informed that there isn't really a pool with Frontier and that pending a successful interview, they want their new hires to begin class as soon as possible.

I am considering a possible March interview and was informed that I would most likely begin class in April. However, my wife is pregnant with a due date in June. Does Frontier have any sort of paternity leave policy or leave of absence policy?
