I am considering a possible March interview and was informed that I would most likely begin class in April. However, my wife is pregnant with a due date in June. Does Frontier have any sort of paternity leave policy or leave of absence policy?

In the past, I have heard that they wouldn’t even interview female pilots if they were pregnant. I would assume this would be the same for male pilots as well if their wife is expecting.
I would wait and interview with a company that values their employees!
