I hear what you are saying, and do not disagree with the possibility that a sick member in the cockpit can get you sick.
But have you ever considered that the 50-100 people in the back can get you JUST as sick? They come from multiple cities, states, and even countries, where the flu strains are different than the ones you may have been inoculated against.
Face it, in this industry, you WILL get sick more often than in just about any other, minus the health care profession.
