It is my understanding they slid off a taxiway at an uncontrolled field when they encountered unreported black ice on the taxiway. 452FX had a metar report of 11 gusting to 18 knot tailwinds at a controlled field. They decided tthey ignore those tailwinds and land without arming their spoilers. One of those is reckless and careless, the other isn’t.
