I’m not surprised. The company is all about capitalizing off the workforce. Until airplanes can land, handle emergencies, and navigate safely through wx on their own, the workforce will always be the primary target. Pay raises will come until it is in THEIR best interest. Always has, always will be. I don’t condone their decision at all, but this is why morale will always be nonexistent.
To me, their tactic is to put a price tag on our flow agreement, is also a fatal mistake. The majority of pilots chose this airline partly for the flow to AA. Putting a price tag on it now will severely hinder any pilots staying here for the duration and will leave even for any LCC.
