I hope everyone is emailing management and expressing their disapproval of this. Who knows they may not know how bad morale is, and sending a respectful email isn’t doing any harm, it can only help. The more the better. Here you don’t even need to look up the email:

And fourth year CA pay is 64000!!!! Let that sink in.
First year pay is 60000!!!!! Wooo hooo.
These new guys don't get that the improvements have disproportionately gone to the NEW guys. The guys that have been here three four plus years have gotten the shaft and continues to get it.
