^^This^^ Don’t chase flow. It’s not going to matter.

5 pages of arguing about flow.. y’all need something better to do with your time.

For years, the complaint was reserve is too long, pay is too low, upgrade is 10 years and good luck with the pipe dream of ever getting hired at a major, if they ever hire again.

Starting pay is 60k, upgrade is as soon as you want it, and majors are going to need more new pilots than we can count.

Alas, you’re all still unhappy. Let’s look at this half Full cup and enjoy the wave and ride it hard. Life is good fellas!

Or as soon as you don't want it.

Why hasn't pay been raised across the board permanently?! How does no one look past this fact? We now have a program called "high value aviators"... is that name alone not enough to send a message to the current pilot group that we are worthless?!?! C'mon man

And fourth year CA pay is 64000!!!! Let that sink in.

First year pay is 60000!!!!! Wooo hooo.

These new guys don't get that the improvements have disproportionately gone to the NEW guys. The guys that have been here three four plus years have gotten the shaft and continues to get it.

I’m sure all the AA pilots would be pi$$ed as well if a 4 year FO on the 737 was making the same as a 4 year 737 captain. It’s all relative to be upset no matter what company you work for. Everybody wants to be treated fairly.

And they wonder why 80% of the last captain vacancies were filled by force.

In most situations, forcing someone to do something is illegal.

I guess if you give them a choice of this or quit, it’s still ok.

That said choice still makes you pay back whatever “sign on” bonus you received if you were still within your two year commitment.

Then again I guess you could argue the company didn’t honor said commitment.

Average person I would assume couldn’t just right a check back for 17K
