Default Food for thought...DAL TA payrates

Hey Purple Brothers & Sisters,

The DAl MEC just published payrates for their TA, through 2018.
PC, BM, and their minions have some "splaining" to do......the entire table is on FB now.

best of luck,
BG

But ... we're not in the passenger business. We work longer hours (by FAR?), carry hazardous material and work REALLY TERRIBLE hours.

Oh ... and our employer made a GAZILLION dollars profit last year?

The "Big 3" were forced to give their pilots more rest (we don't get as tired because we don't have flight attendants?) and still made HUGE profits!

Stock price continues to CLIMB!*?

Delta plus a nickel (and improvement in our benefits and work rules)?

Our MEC says "we're in the RED ZONE." I hope we end up with more than 3 points?

So does anyone want to publish Delta's TA rates? I'm on vacation and don't want to spend all day searching for them. When I look at the forum on their TA, all I see are people grumbling about how crappy it is.

I hope we don't call for a pass play with the ball on the one yard line, and only second down. Then get picked off by the opposing team.

I say it's high time this pilot group rumbles.

That's kind of up to US; isn't it? If it looks like a turd, vote against it.....but that does require reading what the TA (if we ever get one) actually says.

DL obviously have "Yes" men in their NC. Very Weak IMO. 14% raise by January? Seriously?
This is what the NC gives them 6 months early? Wow!

Go back and start over. 25% minimum.

And only 22% total by 2018 That is disappointing.
