Well, it's pretty obvious where their priorities lie, and where they don't. PSP used to mean something, in days of yore. Now it's Shareholders Profit, and somewhere, lagging way in the back, is the people who actually generate those profits, and provide the service.

So, once again, I ask, "Hey Llama, how about something, you know, for the effort?!"

IOW will a Delta guy make those pay rates in his 12th year while a 12 year FedEx guy makes less?

So what,s your point? You used to work at FedEx and now you are at Delta, good for you. You really think trying to post the Delta contract has any impact on what's going on at FedEx? I think most guys know what's going on in the industry. Its no surprise that the Majors are going to surpass FedEx in pay. But the FedEx contract isn't all about hourly rate, maybe you should think of that when you post the Delta contract. There are a lot of work rule and fatigue issues that Delta doesn't deal with. I'd like to see my Purple Brothers and Sisters, not yours, have a contract that addresses safety and fatigue first, then we'll talk about pay. But no matter what, a contract isn't a contract until it's given to the membership and voted on.

Lighten up and maybe show a little courtesy.

He posted info here...BTW, he is a retiree from fedex. Went to DAL as the oldest FO on their list after the age 60 rule.(or one of the oldest..) Bottom line was he was passing info. Knowledge is power.

He has more than a few hub turns and years on the backside, and cares about a good contract here as he has a retirement check and a son here.

I hope we don't sell ourselves short in our TA...but not holding my breath...

hey Viper....

if you checked, you would see that I retired from D over Three years ago........I still bleed Purple, and have several dogs in your fight.

I meant no disrespect, or nose-rubbing, in my reference to DAL's TA pay rates.....most of those bubbas seem to think their TA is a pos.

My hope is that their rates might add some ammo to your NC's bag of tricks with the NMB......no ulterior motive....hope both of our meds kick in soon.
regards,
BG

Flew some of my first Asia HK FDA flying with him, good pilot, good sense of humour, and made a very painful 12 day India trip really enjoyable.
