2,157 new hires 2014-2017

Trying to find out the 2013 recall numbers.

CA upgrades looks like it was close to 1,300. (hard to figure out and the SLI number jump makes it more difficult to tease out of the data)

For an estimate made five years ago it seems to be pretty close.
