It was actually lower, in the lower 60s last I checked.

Not sure who "No one else has" refers to. But once the DGI process starts (not sure if there are any CAs here who qualify yet, 2 year wise), a successful interview gets the next available class, no pooling like with the SSP. (Was asked about above)

As for the pass rate, it will end up being higher than the SSP because they are metering guys going in to interview, unlike the SSP. The pass rate of the SSP was a function of personal preparedness and a means of controlling exodus from EDV. Going forward, failing to get the CJO will only be a function of personal preparedness, IMHO.

Today there is only a promise of a DGI. Unless something changed in 3 weeks, no one in MSP, included Top Guum, had any idea how pilots will even apply for the DGI, when they will go, but everything will be explained someday by Delta HR. Same HR who was in open rebellion (and won) against Deltas old ceo and exec management who made promises to the Pinnacle pilots for their bankruptcy contract.

The only thing that improved the SSP numbers were FOs going through. The captain who interviewed in the SSP had a worse passing rate than the FOs by far, and RE published all those numbers in his newsletter. Please everyone, reference those company numbers before telling us all your feelings.

You have to go back a way though, many of those numbers were changed once pilots were awarded captain, you see while FOs were given a thumbs up as FOs, they get tossed in the captain side. I dont think that's purposefully done, but it distorts who succeeded in the interview.

So good luck DGI captains. See if you can beat the endeavor FO pass rate of 70 something percent. No one else has.
