Mutiple schedules 8/7 7/7 fixed for 6 months
Flex schedule bid every month expect atleast 3 weekends a month and every holiday for a number of years it pays a bit more but basically no choice of schedule untill you are senior 10 years+
Upgrade time: We have 17 year Phenom SIC who hope to ugrade in a few years. You could probably expect 13 to 15 years before you upgrade.
QOL : on the road you will have 4 legs per day average and minimum 12 hours duty closer to 13 hours a day. Hotel quality has decreased in the last5 years.
Pay Advertising $75,000
New Contract says first year FO is $50,923 and at 10 year FO it is
$69,403 on 8/7 fixed day schedule a bit more if you want to work almost every weekend and holidays.
They might be including the value of benefits but pay is per contract.
Or they are doing some bait and switch when you quit your current job then find out what the real pay is.
Contact the union to get a copy of the contract to see the numbers in black and white.
