Pay 51k with 8/7, 62k with PBS schedule

yes true per contract but Expect 3 weekends per month and holidays on PBS

Was told 98% of new hires are going to the Challenger and Legacy

I find that hard to believe since we are short over 50 pilots in the Phenom and have between 10 to 15 aircraft uncrewed each day.

Upgrade was 3-4 years, now its closer to 2 years

Total BS we have 17 year SIC who are still waiting to upgrade there will be atleast 400 pilots ahead of you wating to upgrade. If there are 40 captain slots per year (which there never has been in my 18+ years here) open you are looking at 10 years minimum.

Hotels were all at least 3.5/4 stars

Depends on where, but quality is about 3 average now

Rental car provided during training for every 2 crew members

Yes true
They talked about a fuel savings/performance bonus

fuel bonus $2000 per year, performance bonus not existent on Phenom for red label you need to be captain to get bonus FO’s are not assigned aircraft so no bonus

The contract is in negotiations

yes for the next number of years2 or 3?

They were expecting 25 new aircraft in 2018

maybe but how many old aircraft are they going to retire so there might be just a net increase of 5 or 6 not enough to generate 40 new captain positions per year. 6

There was plenty of opportunities to work overtime

yes,but limited to 12 days every six months by contract.

Again, thanks for your time

I hope that helps
