Regarding the most recent termination regarding expense reporting, I thought the union and company agreed to "progressive discipline"? Did that not happen in this case? I thought this was all spelled out, what happens to us with numerous expense issues over a rolling period of time.
The constant negotiations (Section 6, IBI, etc.) clearly have negative consequences.
It's a shame we didn't get the job done in 2015. It's hard to imagine a pathway to success now. The same players, the same game, the same politics and techniques. The circus is becoming rather nauseating. A lot of pilots are trying to tune it out.
