Well looks like CRJ9 in DTW is going fairly junior now.

We made sure we invited local newhires come and study with us all well in training. Youre right, it does seem to be harder for them to concentrate with being at home. Group studying is definately the only way to go.

It will all be worth it. Flying the SAAB in real life is way more fun than the sim as well.
