Yep, that doesn't surprise me at all. Majority of FO open time is going out at straight time. Reserves are sitting and getting paid -- sucks for the commuters, great if you live in domicile. The company is trying to remedy the mismatch in Capt/FO manning by doing ~700 upgrades this year.
It's not any better on the Capt side. Most everything going out at straight time, with mega senior guys getting it.
I completely cleared my Feb board in under 4 hours on 1/11. Too bad it wasn't June. It's been a scramble to get anything, even at straight time.
I typically bid vacation in Feb to avoid this BS, but wifey wanted me to bid July this year. Never again.
