I know on reserve I'm not breaking the guarantee so I don't have to worry about that so just make sure I'm getting paid for my OT (150% so it should be around $57 an hour {Year 1 F/O}) trips correct? And what about keeping track of per diem. I've heard about things like EZPerdiem or Per Diem tracker or something?
