SkyWest - no bonus and lower pay, but seem to be expanding. But why did you folk decided on SkyWest for less $$$ ? For a faster upgrade?

Compass - The sign-on bonus and salary seems better than others I can choose from, maybe it’s a risk as they only having a few contracts that are up for renewal in the next few years?

Mesa - everyone says to avoid it, but is it really so bad?
