I agree with all and would say further that I have heard rumors of the Delta cabin having even additional items including a new IFE/wifi system that is currently having problems getting out of the design mode and through certification. I think Delta has taken a strategic decision to use this cabin to make some separation between Delta and AA/UAL with regard to customer service scores. I should say further separation between those two because Delta is already scoring better than them, but they are improving so Delta needs to continue to improve and especially if Delta ever hopes to attain JetBlue and Southwest customer service scoring parity.
