CVG is (was) in our CRJ-200 sim. Mostly high altitude maneuvers: Dutch roll, region of reverse command (sort of), stalls.

You have the benefit there of being paired with PSA sim instructors, but mostly it is focused on the ATP/CTP materials. The real benefit is getting to touch switches and sit in the 200 before indoc so you're not just looking at the "paper tiger" guessing where everything is. I don't think the ATP/CTP sims are really even a graded event, just a "check-the-block."
