I remember losing Lincoln's Bday as a holiday in my state because of the new MLK holiday. This was precipitated by moving Washington's Bday from Feb 22 to the nebulous third Monday in Feb. As predicted by the opponents of this move, Washington's Bday is largely forgotten, as is Lincoln's. Two Feb holidays down to one.
So do you have an issue with MLK Bday being a holiday or the fact that Lincoln and Washington Bday are been overlooked?
