There is more to life than year one. If any regional has more year 1 pay then go to NK and think of the slighly less pay as the best gauranteed investment you can ever make. Will you make six figures year two and will you upgrade at the regional and make $200k+ a year after a few years? No, not even close. If this really is a serious question you need to plan life beyond 1 year because there are thousands of 10-20 year regional pilots who thought they be at legacy after a couple years.
