GoJet. You can tell the chicks you meet in tinder that you worry for United.

2 If NK is not your planned stop you will have an easier time moving on with a Bus type rating. Everyone has a CL 65 type

3 Once another order is made you’ll upgrade in 3 years or less.

My hope either way (because that’s all I’ve got) is that I’ll only do a year or so, and get on with another major possibly.

With the TA a lot is at stake. Even if first year pay got better, wouldn’t see that for a while. $38/hr is rough-even for a regional.
I wish it was $38/hr when I started haha

I know this has been addressed, but just to reinforce it. Do not go to GoJet. Any other regional is ok. Spirit is ok. There are two main types of people at mainline carriers. Those who don't know what GoJet's background is and those who don't like them. The former is the majority, but the latter tend to be strong in their beliefs. There aren't many who know and don't care from what I've observed.

Endeavor is essentially hiring street captains if you meet the FAR requirements anyway, if you want street captain look at them. Envoy will forcibly upgrade you when you meet the minimums, but they have worse reserve rules and a quick upgrade means long term reserve.
